This is a cool facebook layout. It’s titled Heavenly Sword and it’s hot. I love the deep colors that play well together. The girl is smokin’ too!

The short answer is no. Not in the same sense as MySpace.
Even though facebook does not have layouts, there is a solution. You
can add the Facebook Expressions application. This application will allow you to choose from a wide range of expressions that will change the look of your facebook profile.
